    (4 items)

I've been following this on-line community for a while and now ready to share some of my favourite items, mind that |I'm not a collector at all but simply love beautiful things.
This is my recent flee-market find and it appears to be a semi-flush chandelier that has 5 15cm in diameter balls/globes that go in the top and a 22 cm tall dome fixed to a brass frame.
The electrician, who disassembled the lamp, mentioned that the wiring is quite old and most likely the glass and the chandelier frame were 'forced' together and the frame fixtures are adapted for the glass.
I tried to research the origin of both, the glass and brass parts, but can't find anything similar on line. Any help is truly appreciated.

Thank you. What really bugs me is that I can't identify it. All five globes are hand made, hence vary in pattern, still look amazing.

Fixture looks older but glass looks modern imo.

Gorgeous glass in this light Yesterdaysglass. I hope you have somewhere to hang it and admire it constantly.

Unfortunately, I have nowhere even to keep it, leave alone to hang it!

I would guess this at one time an original gas lamp. Most houses eventually turned old gas fixures into electric. This one looks almost to clean to be that old. .unless someone really scrubbed it up. .possibly. but it's beautiful! Would love to see it once you get it up and going!
