Don't know any info. It has a cane oval circle on back. can not find anything online. Can anyone help with style, name of, age, etc.? Bought it for $12.

This is a really nice chair, you definitely got your money's worth. My guess would be about mid 1800's to early 1900's. You can try looking at the bottom, under the seat but I don't know if anything is there or would still be there. It's got a very Eastlake feel to me. I know the old chairs with the cane in a small area are valuable. I'll take a peek to see what I can find, then get back to you if I do find something.
I'm not getting anything right now. I'll try again tomorrow and maybe someone else may know too. This is a great place here on CW to find out about almost everything collectible. Let us know about the underside of your chair and see if you found any markings. It could be a piece of paper, incised, stamped with ink....
