This is two feet tall and has a Revere Ware medallion embossed on it's side. does anyone know what it is? is it any good? it was cheap!

I was thinking maybe an umbrella stand, but could be a coal scuttle, a caddy for fireplace tools, or a fire bucket for sand. Really nice piece of copper!
