Vietnamese Plates

8" plate, has children and symbols on rim...after close inspection the printed Mark on the back is of a can of Longevity condensed milk...?...after an online search for further information I come up black....possibly there isn't much information on Vietnamese china or I'm just not savvy enough to find this path....?.....was wondering if the plates were part of a promotion?..purchase the product receive plates?....so far I've not come across this printed Mark....I recall stumbling on a reference to it being Vietnamese, hence the reference....correct me should that not be the case.....once again I present for your viewing another where was it made, who made it, how old is it, any information on it....enjoy...
