Looking for information about this doll. It was purchased sometime between mid 1970s - early 1980s. It's about 16 inches tall and has a porcelain head and stuffed body. I know nothing about dolls but this one has no identification on it that I can find. There is a tag on the right ear that says "not for children under 3 years old - made in Thailand ".
