This item looks like an old China Doll Figurine--that is one reason I bought it--other reasons are it plays a beautiful waltz, and yet another reason, It still has tags (1983) Made by Schmid, Mass.--I know it may not be collectible quite yet, but to a music box collector I think it IS! Beautiful!!

I love the tango!!I have never heard a tango playing in music box. Probably cause a music box is sweet and innocent??
