Hi- I have a number of Steiff animals from my childhood, most of which are easy to identify, however I cannot find the exact model or name of this little fella.
The blue eyes are sort of unusual, eh?
Bunny is about 5 1/2" tall.
Soft fur with mohair inside ears.
Got him/her/it in the early 1970's.
Any help would be appreciated.
This bunny doesn't look like a Steiff to me. Was this bunny bought new, or what?
It was given to me -I typically got a Steiff for Christmas (mostly the small Zoo/Wild ones) and a lamb or rabbit for Easter.
Steiff because the store where my mother worked sold them.
This one would have been given to me somewhere between 1970-1975 I believe.
My sister got one that was a light chestnutty brown.
I always removed tags and "earring" because I thought it hurt the animal (awwww)
But maybe this one isn't Steiff -now I wonder even more.
