We're taking down a fence that we're told was from the original Homestead, back in the late 1800's. We have several roles of this barb wire. Does anyone know if this has any historic value?

The land is located in southern Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

      Yes, it does. Thanks.

I'm rolling it up in 3 foot rounds, hanging them on our ranch gates and will probably wrap a couple in solar lights for the holidays. Not much value other than a bit of history. I'm surprised how well the old logs used for fence posts have faired. I may re-cycle them in a raised garden bed.
