When I was a youngster, Spike Jones had a television show and there was a new MAD Magazine almost every month - I was raised on satire and skepticism. I still count Don Martin as one of the most influential artists in my life.

    Happy Halloween!

MAD was a staple in our house which was surprising because my father was not a comic reader and had no patience for general American humour. It was the clever satire of course that allowed it in!

I was at a welding seminar at the Lincoln Welding Machine Plant in Dayton Ohio back in the late 70's There was a Bar in town decorated in all Mad Mag Stuff.
If you could Finish their 3 lb Garbage Burger and 1/2 gallon beer in a huge glass stein they would give you a free Mad tee shirt!!!
I tryed!!! came close but no cigar!!!
      WHAT Me WORRY!!!
