I've always liked these old battery boxes - usually made from oak. i've never heard of an 'Elk Medical Battery' though. any info appreciated...

yikes! thanks jscotto! my mom was involved in the reduction of non-voluntary shock therapy at Bellevue and other public hospitals in the 1960s.
Dang scary, what they used to do to treat mental illness back in the '60s and prior. Hmm,..... maybe that's why Donald Chump, I mean Trump, won't release any detailed medical records?!!? That would explain his deranged behavior! ha ha ha....... [;>)))))
he probably has them built into his employees - to zap them when they do something wrong, or whenever he feels like it...
