looking for info and value. i have no idea about this older stuff.
any help would be great. i appreciate your opinions. i cant find a serial number.
box is 7.5 inch x 8 inch x 4.5 inch tall.

sold by t.s & j.d. negus New York (on center ball inside)
Need size and any marks referencing the maker, location, etc..

They are the only markings i see.
If compass is on a pivot... they were used on boats or ships.
