Vase is 8.5" tall by 3" across at widest point. First look, I thought Italian, but bottom is signed secrest 1989. Found Peter Secrest a glass artist working in Naples NY. The finish on this vase is what drew me. The bottom is ground and polished, pontil ground out to a smooth radius and polished. Found at an estate sale this weekend

just put up the signature. not the best but it shows if you blow it up..just realized that the date is 85 not 89 oops!
