This Lithuanian language magazine, published September 1936, was replete with articles relative to Lithuanian organ players. It's language was Lithuanian, and was published in Chicago, which still retains a viable Lithuanian presence in that City.

From the cover's design, the Art-Deco graphics reflect the style of the era.

Muzikos Žinios means "Music News" in Lithuanian.

How did I miss this??? WOW, but I bet I'd enjoy having a look/read at whatever is inside this magazine, except for that whole 'reading Lithuanian' part that wouldn't help me at all...but it prolly has fun pictures inside, too?? ;-) ;-) :-) :-) :-)

AnythingObscure, Hey, if you can persuade Ted_Straub to give you a soft copy, Google Translate might be able to help you.

I recently tried it with an excerpt from an old sewing machine manual written in Estonian, and despite the font which looked similar to German Fraktur, it did surprisingly well.
