Stunning vase garnished with flowers all over, has 2 angels playing instruments. Vase is heavy, not marked but has a number 814 at the bottom. Measure 8x10x 6

814 is the model/design number. Looks like Italian Capodimonte ceramics, but lacks the maker mark.

very uncommon a cherub with bagpipes
I'd also say Capodimonte!
The vase has a glossy glaze into it,Capo is mostly matte, so far this is my observation. The vase could also be German by the look of the little cherubs.
