Where are my Glass Teachers??? I came across this what appears to me as a Lead Glass Platter with a Circle print on the bottom, Beautiful cut glass designs around the outside. Loos like wavy lines on the bottom to portion. was them from the way this platter was created??? I am still learning how to authentic Glass ware. any help with direction to identifying the form used to created this and even the pattern would be Appreciated.
Your platter was most likely to have been made in a mold. The type of glass is EAPG, which stands for Early American Pattern glass, it is also referred to as Early American Pressed Glass.

wondering if this might be a picture frame. If it is lead glass as you say then likely not EAPG; looks like newer crystal from the photos.
