    This brooch is signed ABS. I have done some searching and the only thing I found is "ABS by Allen Schwartz", sold in some American department stores. I am not too sure if this is the maker/designer of my brooch.

    My brooch seems to have some age. I would venture to say that it could be easily 20 years or possible older. The metal frame shows some wear. The centre stone and the smaller light purple stones are glass.
