    Small saucer size , clay porcelain ,decorative plate. I have had it over 35 years came from a lady that was aprox 80 yrs old then. I don't recognize the marks, could they be millefiori ?

      Not millefiori - that is made with tiny pieces of glass. This is an Italian bas-relief plate. Here is a similar one:
