Your's is pretty rare, and dates to the 1980's.
They eventually became TecTel Industries.
Eventually: Paul Nelson Industries a TecTel Company. (TecTel made phones in Taiwan) Then just TelTec Inc.
Yours appears to be super rare... I can't find another either, no matter how I search!
