My first show on CW. These 2 bronze necklaces are by Jorma Laine for
Turun Hopea Finland.
The biggest one is a thrift shop find of 2 years ago. I paid € 1,50 (US$ 1,62) for it. Last week I found the smaller one in the same thrift shop. Happily I paid only € 0,50 (US$ 0,54).

Great finds! I also found a signed Jorma Laine bronze pendant necklace in a local thrift shop. Paid 3,50 Euro. I have it posted here.

Wow, you had a fantastic bargain, well done. I also love Jorma Laine, the link above is of 2 Jorma Laine pieces, I paid a lot more than your pieces. I think his work in the future is going to be very sort after, I think this is a keeper.
Hi, How great is that - finding the large one two years ago, and then the smaller one in the same shop last week. Half the price of the large one too. From the 70's - a little information:
"Jorma Laine (1930-2002) is an established Finnish jewelry designer and is regarded as one of Finlands most influential designers. He has a very distinctive style and most of his works are in bronze and silver, and sometimes in gold. His style is very modernistic and often abstract. This design is from the 70s when he worked for Turun Hopea Finland."
