Any help identifying the approx age, type of doll and any other helpful info would be much appreciated. The eye lids close and open as the doll is positioned. Thanks for any help you can give!

Tiny Terri Lee doll there is a variety of sizes of her and a boy , From 1950's Nice doll and here is some history to how she evolved
