I have a random set of spoons that I was going to add to the finer utensils we use at times. They were inherited so I assume they are older and I don't know if the should be used or how to clean them. Does anyone know the manufacturer so I can determine if it actually silver with gold inlay...or not? Need to know how to use and take care of them. Any direction is appreciated.

Nothing much on the back. It is very small but on the handle, mid-spoon, there is a crown with 3 tips on it and the numbers 100-20 beside it.
