I picked this up for my mom as she loves carnival glass.
Someone had put a tag on the back that I'm guessing said the maker, pattern, and or age, but I can only tell something started with an No as the rest is gone.

LampLover, there is a slight 'frothing', as we in the bottle world call it, on the glass in one spot, so I did get it for a very good price.
