    Thanks for posting the ration books,I remember my folks using them during WW2.There was coupons for gas,meat,shoes sugar and etc.
    Can't remember how my folks received the ration books,must have been a O.P.A. office but not every small village would have a office .
    Any ideas on how the stamps and books were distrubited,every household had them.

    There was, I am finding, so much my parents did not talk about or perhaps I was to busy to hear. So, no, I am not aware of how these were distributed. Perhaps someone else will know.
