These two Blatz Beer heavy reverse plates I suspect are some type of press plates but do not know. They are both 7" wide and 10" tall and appear to be made of lead with a brass top covering. Anyone that can shed some light on what these were made for and if they have any value it would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to sell them and am considering framing them and putting them on the wall.

Yes, those are press plates. They would have been used to print the ads. Good find.
They were made for single color print ads (probably a newspaper)
