Ok I have no idea of who made this little beauty which i picked up for $2. It is 6 inches in diameter and features a fish design with 3 cut outs. The maker mark is one I have seen before...somewhere but I have no clue...any help appreciated.

This is beautiful! I've never seen a plate like that and didn't find anything on Google Images.
Thanks vetraio50 & Efesgirl....I have searched images too and no luck! The makers mark is so unusual...I know I have seen it before...somewhere or maybe it was in another life lol!

It is very well made beautiful colors,,,but what really annoys me is the fact that I have seen the signature before...somewhere...or maybe something similar? Maybe I only think I have seen it...maybe I am losing it lol anyway it is just sitting here annoying me :) Thanks for the input...appreciated
