I am trying to locate information as to the Manufacture & Year of this Chain Drive Fire Dept Pedal Car. I Received this for Christmas 1960. It was the most fun Riding toy I had. I wore the Tires off. Besides growing to big to ride in it. We could not find replacement Tires for it in late 1960's It was thrown in Trash. I cried for days. Any information on this Pedal Car would be appreciated. hottoddy6757 at AOL.com

I found that the Pressed steel Fire Truck I owned was a Garton. I was Manufactured in Sheboygan Wi. The Factory is now being converted into Low income Housing with some of the Factories products displayed in lobby. Still looking for one to replace it. I have seen some other types of Pedal Cars from My Cars era. But decals Paint & accessories were different.
