      That combination of clasps matches those authorized for the 32nd Division, which was made up from Michigan and Wisconsin National Guard units. Of course the original owner might have been transfered or a replacement or part of some smaller unit that was also in the same places, so there's no knowing for sure. I've been trying to collect Victory medals with clasp combinations to match each division, among other things.
