Vintage black folk art water color painting

I found this framed water color several years back in a second hand store .
The frame measures 17"x13". It is a water color with charcoal highlights .
The drawing is "the sneeze that saved bunny" . The signature looks to be Frickle and some initials. There is a partial label on the back with the date 1904. I have no idea what I have. Any information you can supply would be greatly appreciated .
