Hi! I bought this decanter at an antique store today. Apart from "Genuine Italian Leather Wrapped Decanter" written on the tag, there was no other information available. I am curious as to how old this decanter is. When examining it up close, it looks to be extremely old, but I cannot find a single thing on the internet that can determine the age of this decanter.

Not before the 1970's I think. If it was older, I hardly think the leather would be so show worthy. Have seen several on this site before.

I have one identical to it and this is the first time I have ever found anything about it online. I purchased mine in the spring of 1992 for $2 at a yard sale in Pearl, Mississippi.
