A nice Kralik 'tortoise shell' ball vase. I have a reasonable collection of Kralik ball vases and I'm always looking out for them. This was a one decor that I did not have so was very pleased to get it - only one other bidder in the game - which was surprising!

superlative decor reminds me the pattern that is of a Giraffe

I agree with Malkey, Phil, it reminds me of a giraffe. This is a new decor for me, and I love it!
Nice piece, it comes in blue and orange along with this mahogany color, the pattern is created be dunking the base color in glass chips to cover to piece then its submerged in water or possibly by putting the piece outside on a cold day- this forms the cracks. With a little more blowing the cracks separate exposing the base color.....
