    It seems my Grandma and her sister really liked their glass beads when they were young!

    This treasure is an Art Deco rainbow cane glass bead necklace. The rainbow canes run down the centre of each bead, surrounded by clear glass. I've also seen these described as iris glass. The beads are faceted cuboid-shaped, and strung on flattened gold tone links - maybe rolled gold but I don't know for sure. It fastens with a simple hook fastening.
