The clown is playing a drum when wound up. The clowns head looks to be the only part made of composite material, the rest of the toy is made of plastic or cardboard and metal. The toy works well when wound up. This item measures 10" in height and appears to be in very good condition except for a few stains on his clothing. There is a sticker with a monkey and West Germany on it but no brand name.
The sticker is pictured. There is an M and a C, says "west germany" and "original". Any ideas on ont ime frame. I am thinking 50-60's
