    Hi CW Gang ~

lol....I had to pull this out of my stuff as I got this back at Xmas in the 1970's. Still have it. Grew up with with game and it was my original gift I got back then that I kept all these years. Of course we loved the game.

So I just thought I would share with CW members an old Christmas present I got years, and years ago......AND kept all these years. From around the 1970's era.....and everything is all Original

Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!

    ~ Rose ~

Love vintage board games..never heard of this one Rose. I've had to replace all mine which where destroyed when our basement flooded during a big storm in the mid 70's. Getting harder to find the 60's and 70's games complete and in good shape. Nice find ! :)

LOL @ Mike. Not a find, as it was MY Xmas toy from the 1970's.

Would you believe that I still have my Spiro-graph thing. The twist and turn one!! I forget what it was called but still have it -- and it still HAS the original markers with it and some STILL WORK. How come markers from the 1970's do not dry up ( almost 50 years old ) and the ones you buy these days dry up right away?? I will pull that toy out and post it in the coming days.

This Rattle Battle Game you drop One marble from the top, and they bounce around and at certain places there is a little hole where you can stick in your little game shovel to catch the marble. Certain holes have different point values as to who wins. This toy it makes some noise with each marble that goes down

That's really awesome that you've kept it after all these years. Believe it or not, it's one game I never knew existed.

@ Rick55 -- Lol Yes we did Rick, and I think some marbles might be missing. But yeah, we would play the game then put it up in the top part of the closet where other games were and until you pulled them out, they sat up there. PLUS we had more board games to play back then.....many as that is what kids did and got for Xmas every year. I think some of the games we had back then were like:
" The Game of Life, Clue, Game of Sorry , Trouble, Chess and Checkers, Snakes and ladders, Mouse Trap Game, Operation, Spirograph, Hands Down, Barrel of Monkeys, Monopoly, etc, etc.....as back then. People homes ( and the kids ) had a real selection of Games to play with back in the day. Do not forget we had a WHOLE 2 channels on the TV to watch at the farm in those days....LOL. Those were the GOOD DAYS !!

      >>@ jscott0363,
      >> @ mikelv85 -- lol, Not sure here BUT I am going to check to see IF this was just a Canadian Game or not. I thought everyone remembers Rattle Battle....Hmmmmm...Interesting. Will check that out...

@ roddyq - Yes, people got together and laughed and had fun. Now they sit with their noses staring a a screen with silly games. Do you remember this, make sure your sound is on :
