    Mid century side table. Not sure the year this was made. I think it might be late 1960 era. Not sure what the numbers mean on the back.

      Love this. Do you have the whole set? I think this may be more 50's even a few older than that. So frustrating when you can't seem to find all you need to do an id. I had some very similar and they had what was like a cutting board that slid out above the top drawer and I was informed they were from the 30's. Someone had put the whole set, both side tables, 2 dressers AND the headboard out for the trashman!!! I LOVE those kind of people!!!

      Looks like walnut, so probably American made in the 1950-60’s when they were US furniture companies were competing with Danish modern imports. Walnut had a similar grain and was more easily attainable. One of a pair of nightstands, I would say. No markings inside the drawers? The numbers are probably a stock number

      I'm sure they are from Young Manufacturing Group. We have the highboy & low boy(? long dresser). I have pics of them, as well as a pic of the night stands, as we would love to add them to our set. It's too late to figure out how to post pics here.. I was looking for something else, saw your post, got excited & promptly lost the page. I've just spent the last hour trying to find your post again so I could share my info! lol Maybe we can touch base if you need more info, or want to see pics. :)
