I need some help identifying these pins found in my father's belongings. The first looks like U.S.Army Air Force pre 1942. I just want to make sure because the wings (and purpose) are kind of throwing me. In 1954 my dad enlisted in USAF.

The second may have something to do with scouting. I know he was involved in both Boy Scouts and Sea Scouts. The internet has the symbol connected to everything from the YMCA Indian Guides to the USBS and even the US military. It is priced from $5-50 by folks that don't even bother to include the history. I don't need to sell it as much as I would like to know for sure what it is.

Both of these pins are set up like tie tacks and are made of metal.
The third is clearly connected to blood donation. My dad's blood type was forever in demand and he never hesitated to give. The head of the pin is hard plastic. This is different from any pins I have seen. Does anyone know when something like this was used?

    Thank you!

WWII USAAF Honorable Service Pin. Even though my dad was USAF it looks like this pin was a "leftover" and awarded upon honorable discharge. I remember him saying that when he enlisted the USAF was still partially "brown boots". I dug out the Hastings Triplet and found a arrowhead shaped hallmark on the back (the back is somewhat tarnished). The letters "SAAD" are in the arrowhead.

The arrowhead pin is YMCA Indian Guides

Blunderbuss2 helped me with an age on the Red Cross pin.

FYI: SAAD stands for San Antonio Army Depot
