This face measures 14.5 inches tall. The base is 4.5 inches. The top opening is 5 inches. I bought this five years ago because I loved the beautiful intricate painting. I know nothing about this but was assuming it is Chinese. It may in fact be Japanese.
I would appreciate any help or insight you may be able to give me.
In Chinese it says Cheng hua nian zao
Or made in the chenghua period

I am wondering if there is a way to figure the value of this vase. I may want to sell it so I am also wondering if someone could share with me how I would go about selling this if I decide to. Thank you in advance.
this is a nanking vase , excellent work of zilla by the way about the mark and this is a late republic vase
