    (3277 items)

Got a pretty big haul again this time although a bit more on the quantity than the quality side. No big ticket items this time did not pay more than $30 for any of these.
The cannon is a movie prop and I didn't buy it. The Rose Bowl is a very attractive setting and has great atmosphere. It was in the low 80s. Back home also has great atmosphere but it was about 40.
Photo 4 shows my haul which should keep me busy for a couple weeks at least.

Your post brings back a lot of fond memories, I first sold at the Rosebowl in 1970 when I was in High School. Sold there on and off thru the 1980's. Good to see it is still one of the Best Antique Markets!

Thank you very much rocker-sd. I first went there in the 1970s when I was in high school. Still in the top 10 in the world.

My wife and I went 3 years ago, it was great, we went to the Pottery Show on a Saturday, at the Centennial Hall?, in Pasadena, and then the Rose Bowl Flea Market on Sunday. It's HUGE, we got a lot of pottery, and glass, way cheaper then the Pottery Show, but we did buy a nice new "studio pottery" birdbath that we loved there, when we went back after the Flea, end of the Show 20% discount, well worth the money, and the memory! :^) We hope to make it back sometime soon, we've got our son's Wedding down by San Diego, at Carlsbad, in June, maybe around then...well maybe! LOL Oh, that's right there's a big Flea Market in Long Beach too! Hmmm

Thank you very much billretirecoll. It is a great show. The best buys and most unusual items along with the most items. Long Beach is good too although I think it is mostly the same sellers.
