My Wife and I just started looking into China and she really liked this Lenox Blue Tree she found at a Thrift Store. We found some saucer plates, tea cups, cream soup cups and this item. I believe it is a sauce tureen but I can't find anything to compare it to. The closest similar piece is a vegetable bowl but that doesn't have the attached underplate. Now I'm no expert by any means, does anyone have any information on this piece that they can share with us? I think it is something special so it is going in a very safe place for now :)

Replacements show a number of Blue Tree patterns for Lenox, and checking their images would be a start.

I found it on replacements. It is a Sauce Boat W/Attached Underplate & Lid in Blue Tree. They actually have a picture of our piece without the lid.
