Looks like "470 RaArt CALIFORNIA Hick" as stamped on bottom.
Any help here on others known would be awesome!
And is it real?

Royal Arden Hickman created the piece marked as you describe - RA Art for Royal Arden, Hick was his preferred nickname. It was made in Richmond, California roughly between 1934 and 1937 and is quite rare. Royal Hickman went on to become a major figure in American ceramic design. Good find.
