    It is a Brown teapot in the shape of a Bear barrel it has made in England on the bottom in Blue sorry I didn't take pic of it.

      It's a novelty tea pot made by a Staffordshire pottery somewhere in the UK. Not possible to tell you more as it has no factory mark.
