Found this while cleaning out my parents home. Don't remember seeing it as I was growing up. It looks like a tiny top hat. The finish is opalescent. It is about 2" tall and has no markings on the bottom. All input is greatly appreciated.

Yep, top hat toothpick holder, have a similar piece in knob glass that I just recently discovered what it was.
