I found these two what I believe to be signs in a garden at a house I am renovating. I have tried to do some research on them to see if I can find out what they were used for. They are extremely heavy and have concrete in the back of them. They are so unusual, I thought they must be signs maybe from a butcher shop? The house was in the same family since 1926, so these could go as far back as then. It's such a shame they have been left the way they were but I think with some restoration they could be reused. Does anyone know any information that could maybe point me in the right direction of my research?
