I recently found this beautiful vintage brooch from the 50's made by Charles Reis Company. It is in very good condition except for one darkened rhinestone.

I can see the similarities in the shape/setting of some of the stones. I love the color of yours and your piece looks much cleaner than mine. Mine is very fragile so I am afraid it to clean it. I will do some research using the name Charles Reis. Ironically, I probably spent over two hours today searching for an identical or similar piece or even a designer since I cannot read the stamp.
