I am unable to find anything similar to this on line. It works perfectly but I'd like to know it's history and age?

This is a newer sign, probably from around 2000 or so but most of these signs have date stickers on the back of the metal frame or transformer. Have you checked?
yes, thanks. I did finally did find a date of 2010 on the back.
