I've wanted to find a nice pen wipe for awhile now and i think that's what this is - an unused one. it's very pretty. the ribbon on it looks quite old, but it's in great shape overall. from my favorite junk shop.
Looks ( and reminds me ) of Hungarian things I have here from my family roots.
