Two Items I found in My great grandmothers kitchen. The home was build by my great grandfather in the very early 1900's. She brought many items from the farm in Seymour, Indiana. We found many tea strainers and was sure of them but this looks like a tea strainer but not sure how it would work if a strainer. Really appreciate some help on these two items. The other one I think maybe a dough cutter. She loved to bake.

That tool is a pastry wheel.

I watched the video and could not believe what I saw, you nail it. I was sure it was a strainer but had no clue how to use. Thank you so very much!
