I was wondering if anyone knows about Walnut Ridge Collectibles,
Kathi Lorance Bejme. I received this chalk Santa as a present. I have reserached and have found many of Kathi's figurines. However, they are all numbered, and all seem to be from later years. She made them by using old candy molds. I think this may be one of her earlier figurines. Help me out if you can. Thanks: Mary

Yes, this is from her line Walnut Ridge Collectibles. I carried this line when I owned a Christmas Shoppe in the Seattle area. her line was in extremely high demand in the mid-nineties through the early 2000s, but since she has trimmed down her offerings substantially. She still crafts very beautiful chalkware pieces; a limited number of Santas each year, about five. Her older Santas are somewhat collectible and can be found on Ebay; her belsnickles are the most desireable. She also made a line of animal-themed ornaments, beautiful large angels, snow babies, snowmen and trees.
