I would say keep the ones you like and would wear or your spouse would wear. Its tempting to sell this kind of stuff with the prices for gold and silver being so high but........value will not decrease so be sure if you do let them go. Nice variety!
Very Cool Indeed. Please Keep. Many of the gold rings look like they have good stones or interesting settings that hold their own value, or appeal to a specific audience like the Masonic and Lodge Rings. And you will not likely get the cash for them through a scrap sale. Even some of the Native American silver rings look good for their stones, again, which is where they hold their value. Only the very generic or solid silver rings would be worthwhile for you to part with. Whatever you do, a very nice collection!
