I have this Handbag for 45 years given to me by a Lady had in a old trunk for many years before she gave the trunk to me , would like some information and she was 89 when she passed RIP. Thank You Tina

I have this exact same bag, but in off-white instead of blue. It's so lovely, but I know absolutely nothing about its origins!
