    A linemen’s testing set, designed by Prof. F. P. Badt with a Western Electric dial. Articles from the Electrical Engineer and Western Electrician in the late 1880s associate Prof F. P. Badt with US Electric Lighting Co and Western Electric. Does anyone else collect early telephone test items? Wonder what it is worth?
